We have been twice now and both experiences were amazing. I have an 8 month old son and found the trip to be an easy and pleasent one. He enjoyed all the pools and has no issues with the temputure ( he likes really warm baths and absolutley loves water)Our first visit we took advantage of an offer they had on with it coming to the end of the season. We stayed for one night, the room was nice and big, a comfy kind bed big enough for three and also had a deck you could sit out on, it was opposite the private pool for guests. I had reservations about possible noise from the pool but the windows were fantastic for blocking out the noise. Although, our room was next to the ice machine and venders and when it's quiet they can make a lot of noise at night time from guests getting thier ice buckets filled. It didn't happen that often and the hotel was very busy the night we stayed but I bet in summer it would be used alot. There is a tunnel you can go through to get to the main private pool without having to walk through to much of the hotel. That's also where the hot and cold dunking pools are and steamroom/sauna is and a small gym. Overall it was a great stay with no major negatives that I can think of The customer service was great throughout the whole experience. Our second visit was just for the day to visit the public pool which was nice and quiet. It was a light rainy day but it didnt in any way dampen our fun. I used the changing rooms for the first time and I had my baby with me. They had a nice big changing stall with a table changer as well as a infant seat saucer for him to play in while I got sorted and dressed, which was incredibly handy to have around. Kudos for that idea! The whole place was clean and well kept. The lockers are a dollar and you don't get it back so make sure you have everything you need. Again the service was great! hoping to visit again in the near future before we leave BC.

We took our family to the public pool at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort for a day in July. I had read a number of bad reviews so I was a bit concerned when we went. To say I was pleasently surprised is an understatement. We were able to bring our own food, chairs etc into the area and find a nice grass spot under some trees. I highly recommend going earlier in the day rather then later to secure a nice spot. The only down side I have is that the parking lot is very small and if you can't get in at the top of the hill you have to go even higher, making it quite a hike to leave the pool. The pool areas were clean and my kids enjoyed themselves. We will be going again next year when we return to Fairmont.

Arrived with family July 2017. The area is beautiful: a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and the Columbia Valley. This desolation is juxtaposed against the hundreds of people soaking in the half acre or so of hot pools. From far above it might look like a pack of ants crowded around a food source in an otherwise deserted landscape. The facility seemed a bit tired, from chipped paint to lockers with missing or broken keys, but with the volume of visitors I can see how hard it might be to actually find time for renos,Overall though, with the scenery and the wonderful hot water, it's a must-visit attraction.

Wonderful Resort with a lot of activity options. The mineral hot springs pools are wonderful. There are multiple pools with varying temperatures of water. Be forewarned that there is a steep cost to enter the pools on top of the cost to stay at the resort. We were not expecting that cost. They do not allow families to get a multiple day discount ticket even though it is offered to individual buyers. This makes no sense to me as families are their target clientele. If your travel trailer is full size you need to pay extra and stay on a deluxe site. The 30 amp sites up the hill are way too small. We are on top of each other and do not have room to put our awning out with a 29' trailer. There are several playgrounds and kids activities. Several onsite restaurants (No Vegan options) and a great coffee cafe. Beautiful views and helpful staff. Great for families.

Stayed overnight on a weekend, place we got has 2 beds( more than enough for 3:) and a kitchenette and my couple friend got the standard room.We hang out in our room for meals for obvious reason- we have the kitchen. I personally like this hot springs than the other--its price higher but well structured and good location. We soak/swim, eat, hike, talk---we got what we went for: chillax(chill and relax)and rejuvenate.

We spent 2 nights at resort for Canada Day with another family...5 kids between 6-11. The resort outdid themselves for Canada 150. So many activities for kids (face painting, pie throwing, movies, candy bingo, crafts, puppet shows.) BBQ and live music! They hid cards throughout the hotel for prizes! Pool was awesome, diving boards entertained kids for hours. $1.50 ice cream, pancakes

Nice and wide rv sites. Clean toilet and shower accommodations. I'll be right there. Shortly, you're missing from nothing for a day or a few days of relaxation on a beautiful complex. Unfortunately, there's no way to stick a fire.

An expansive pool that is very warm and much appreciated. Our you one was able to actually swim which, you don't often find in a mineral/hot springs pool.
