A year ago, I had a bad experience with the manager here at this branch. Came back tonight, thought it would be different.Tonight the crew who took over the till was so adorable even tho it was already late at night. My astonishment when the manager on shift T. called the crew and said something about ignore everything . Like, did u not like your staff helping customers?So when i told her that the frosty they served To Go was dripping, she looked irked and immediately replaced it. She wasnt happy, that manager. Maybe she should train her customer service skills.

Look here, look listen. Wendy’s probably has the best fast food breakfast sandwiches… if you can get them.It says they serve breakfast until 10:30, multiple times I’ve shown up slightly before or after 10am and have been told they’re not serving breakfast anymore.I get it, stuff happens… but you gotta change that signage.Ps. Beyond the look out for an obese man driving around in a red V6 Mustang. He frequents this location and harasses patrons for Pepsi and chilli. If he approaches you tell him “appearing offline doesn’t work” and he’ll leave you alone. What ever you do, don’t mention vacuum cleaners or car wrecks. Seem to be triggers.

I ordered on Uber Easts 2:00 PM June 20, 2023. My order did not include a coffee I paid for and the arrogant driver Troy told me to 'call the store '. You are supposed to prepare orders fully and completely. My orders are not that complicated. THIS IS NOT OK. I want my money back for the coffee and an apology. I called twice and only got busy signal/not available. I asked the driver about the matter and he refused to deal with it. I assume HE CAN READ ORDERS AND CHECK THEM. It is totally unacceptable to behave in this matter and treat me as if I would accept such a bad attitude. I will be complaining through UBER EATS as well about this and reduced his tip from $6.00 to $1.00. I also ordered Pomegranate Vinaigrette and not Ranch. I want what I ordered not the standard. Obviously, your staff needs to learn how to read orders as well.Drivers: You complain about not getting tips. Try doing your job properly.

went to this lactation a few days back. first of all they overcharged me and didn’t accept the coupon i had on my phone from their app. when asked why they couldn’t give me a reason and blamed it on the computers. also they lady at the window had a rude tone with me after i asked about the coupon. when i got home and opened up my food i saw that the burger i had ordered had literally nothing on it except ketchup, no meat no cheese no lettuce no nothing. i proceeded to call wendy’s a couple times but nobody would answer the phone. i went back the next day with the burger and asked for my money back and was hit with countless questions suggesting it wasn’t their fault. i like the wendys food chain but i will never be returning to this location on harvy.

Not good service. Went at 9pm on a Sunday and they were pretty understaffed and slow. They almost missed items for the people in front of us in line. It took about 10-15 mins to be asked what we wanted, followed by the wrong drink size then not getting a drink before asking for a 2nd time. My gf ordered after me and was charged twice for an item and then the manager came over and told her they can’t do anything about it and that it was my gfs fault. 2 stars because the food was good but everything else was horrible
