The service was very slow and the staff was unprofessional. I waited 18 minutes to get my food and everything I ordered was a pack. The theme was several employees standing around and moving as slowly as possible. In addition, the staff also screwed up my order so that they had to make it again. When the employee asked what I wanted on my packaging, they were super rude about it and put as very minimal amounts of salad. When I politely asked for more, the staff was rude about it. The staff looked like they were unhappy and showed no enthusiasm as I was? Although the food is good, it is not worth waiting for almost 20 minutes for slow and bad service.

It was a couple of times in this grandpa, and every time it was more disappointment than the last. This is the dirtyest place I've ever been with a dressing quality of food. The oil looked extremely dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned, as well as the bowl where they looked out the frits really oily. The Staffs uniforms looked like they had never been washed, and unprofessional. As a restaurant owner, the staff reflects the restaurant so that overall a bad picture is. For the price this is not worth AT ALL.
We usually drive to a different Opa location even though we live 5 mins away from this one because of how bad it?s been in the past. We decided to give this location another chance today and we will not ever be back. The inside is so dirty where they prepare the food is disgusting. Our wraps had chunks of the burnt pieces off the grill stuck on them. Our meat and wraps were also very much over cooked. The salad was almost inedible. Because of the food quality and cleanliness I would not recommend anyone to eat here.
A great location where the staff seem to care and go the extra mile to make sure you're getting the exact meal you want. Portions are great and all of my meals here have been exceptionally tasty. By far this the the best Opa location I've ever been to.
Excellent customer service and good food. Fresh and consistent basis my previous visits. However, this is one of the dirtiest restaurants we have visited in edmonton. Advice to the management You have some really good food please complement it with a nice welcoming, clean ambience.
The skewers are amazing! This doesn't feel like fast food at all! The best way to enjoy is one skewer of each, steak, shrimp and chicken. The staff are quick. They are not quite as organized as some other places but they are friendly enough. There seems to be confusion as to where the Skip The Dish people should pick their orders up and where others should stand to order their takeout. PRO TIP- They will even modify the salad for you if you wish which means even fresher ingredients.
