Being greeted by the chef and kitchen staff prior to entering the dining room was an excellent addition to the experience. The lounge + drink + amuse-bouche experience was a wonderfully relaxing start to the evening. Cocktails were great but not overwhelming. Small and intimate dining setting contouring the prep station. Dim lighting, carpet floors, comfortable furniture made the ambiance very warm. The service was extremely well executed and timed perfectly. Staff makes you feel attended to but not observed. The quality of food was great. The execution of the dishes could use some refining but it was well done overall. Stand out dishes were the Arctic char and the foie gras tart. Seasonal menu and sommelier wine pairing focuses solely on local products. Highly recommend for special occasions.
