My spouse and I went there on July 23. We were offered a place at the counter, since we had no reservations. It's a tiny restaurant, so take the time to book! upon arrival, we were charmed by the friendly atmosphere and without fla-fla, as well as by the dedicated staff. the great slate that serves as a menu and that the server moves from table to table adds a little something in the atmosphere. at the counter we had the view of the kitchen and the cooks, so no question of changing room when we got ourselves a table! For my part, I took the rattlesnake, thanks to the precious advice of our server: I said it was the best plate of my life! shooter :) in short, go ahead, because a really great restaurant and a team of the most passionate are hiding there! long life!
Wow what an unbelievable meal. Quite unique and homey meals. Waiter was very knowledgeable and was able to pair wine with each course including aperitif with desert. Highly recommend call in advance to get a reservation.

But when we get in there we smile because we find ourselves in a great restaurant/bistro full to crack. chance that we had reserved because several of them came to a:`to be completely sorry.` a beautiful menu presented on a bulletin board with detailed explanations for each dish. a map of the wines to make rouge many high-end restaurants of memory the prices range from 45dlrs to more than $165. Delicious white home with scallops and betting (a little too salty but). as main dish, go and towel as inputs. I went here for dinner with my 3 siblings based on the NYT review. The menu is not available online anywhere because it changes frequently. I was not worried, because I can always find something I like. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Every item on the menu was something I don't eat: blood pudding, sweetbreads, raw meat, foie gras, horse, etc. My brother had the audacity to request salt and pepper and was told by the waiter that he didn't need it, because the chef had already seasoned the food perfectly. I hate to give a low rating based on my unsophisticated palate, but I wish I had known what was on the menu so I wouldn't have wasted a dinner here.
Great restaurant serving good food, with an edge. We have discovered a number of really good restaurants in Quebec City and this is one of them. They had so many appealing offerings on their menu, that we decided to make a meal out of the appetisers to experience as much of what they offer as possible. Each appetiser was tasty, well cooked and unique. They offered a good selection of wines. This is not a large place, a bit tight and while the service is not professional it is certainly fun, timely and a bit edgy. The menu is on a large chalkboard that they tote around.
an evening with friends: delicious dishes with low original products (for French)! The only flat, the room is really noisy we can't hear!
