We were a family of 5 that had reservations. We were sat and served promptly. Our food was tasty. My adult daughter is gluten free and has severe nut allergy. We told waitress. Unfortunately her salad had nuts in them - on the bottom. She did not have a medical reaction thankfully. The manager was told what happened. She promptly dealt with the issue and then comped our entire bill. My daughter often feels frustrated going out to dinner with family because she is so restricted. Boston Pizza is one restaurant known for how well they try and treat ciliacs, allergies and vegans with respect. We were very thankful for how the manager dealt with this issue. We will return.

Gaan eten op een vrijdagavond met 4 kindjes. Bediening was goed en vrij snel, pizza bella was heel goed. Alleen kwam de kinderportie bug'n cheese niet overeen met de foto op het menu en dus wel een teleurstelling. De ontvangst was heel goed maar er was wel niemand die iets zei toen we vertrokken...
Yeah, it may not be fine dining but it is good and you can always count on good food, wide selection, and friendly staff. This BP won't let you down. My server was very friendly and the food came out quickly.For a solo traveler what more could you ask for? I eat out a LOT and have had a lot of surprises and disappointments over the years. After a full day of various meetings and fighting the HORRIBLE Winnipeg traffic, I wanted to eat somewhere that I knew could deliver. 5 stars across the board for this place!
Had a mix kale and lettuce salad with a salmon filet. Salmon was ok but salad seems to have been sitting all day somewhere. Does not seem very fresh. For $20 Boston Pizza should pay attention to freshness of the produce they use.I gave them a 5 out of 10.
boston has the best pizza in Winnipeg hands down - great food i love it .........there fast service n friendly to all the time - can get expensive though but to me its worth it for quailty !
