.5 for service__Carlos and Murphy's can be what I considered a mix of Mexican, wings, and general pub grub restaurant in the heart of Osborne Village.
One of the few Mexican restaurants in WinnipegStarted off with a Margarita--definitely not a redo.
Great place for beers and snacks. The food isn't great, but it's decent and if you hit this place at happy hour, it's very cheap. Nice patio as well.
