To be fair, I should start off my saying I'm not really a Boston Pizza fan.
This location has been our go to for work function (birthdays, retirement, hopefully when we all win the lottery one day).
As far as delivery goes, don't bother. food takes over a hour and arrives cold. I'm only a 5 minute drive too. I felt ripped off.
Boston Pizza is known for great meals and their brand standard. Not much is ever different with the food (which is good) the difference is the management and staff of the location. This one has struggled in the past but looks to have turned the corner and is delivering quality service. Attentive and Fast - will be returning to this location.
Lost for some fast food to take back to my hotel room I thought I would try BP. Service was OK, a little on the slow side but at least it was fresh. Pizza and a desert and drink. A little on the expensive side but good
I have been a regular at this location many times but unfortunately the prices have gone up and the quality of the food has gone down. We were recently here for a birthday party and the food was not very good. The hamburgers were tasteless and the meat was not like you would expect of a quality burger. The nachos were also not very good. If you want the proper amount of cheese, you have to pay extra. This is disappointing as both these dishes used to be great at this location. BP's have a policy of giving seniors free coffee to seniors with a card they issue, but this location does not give them out though will honour them on request from other locations. We have always found the service very good though, but likely will be going elsewhere.
If you enjoy a good pizza, pop in here! Food was piping hot and well served by the servers, service was all with smiles, nothing was to much trouble and all served fairly quickly too.
I used to go to Boston pizza quite regularly, until the quality and food presentation dropped substantially. I came here having not visited a BP'S in quite some time hoping that things may have changed. But alas, still not impressed with the food or the menu. I ordered some nachos and what came out was almost shocking. Placed before me was a dinner plate with a meager amount of chips and toppings and cheese that had looked like had been scraped of some old pizza and haphazardly scattered amongst the chips. IT WASN'T EVEN MELTED. I had a handful of chips and decided that was enough for me. Boston pizzas nachos used to be awesome. It used to be a mound of nachos and cheese with the perfect amount of toppings that could easily be shared between 4 people. But now it's just embarrassing. To cleanse my palate I ordered one of their salads but it was so drenched in dressing it wasn't edible.I don't understand how a company can serve substandard food and people are still going. I guess it's affordable for the masses of people who have no taste buds or don't care about the quality of food put in their body...Anyways, will not be making the mistake again about going to this nasty chain.
