This place has a nice atmosphere-a little rustic feeling, which is great for a chicken joint. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. You are able to order fried chicken, beer but chicken or a small selection of sandwiches then order a side. It is best to go with a group and order sides family style. They also have a pretty good selection of craft beers. I tried the fried chicken-I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It was crispy outside and tender inside, had lots of flavour and wasn't greasy at all. Also had the Doritos mac and cheese. It was delicious but heavy, I could only eat a small amount. I would recommend this place for a quick, casual meal. My only complaint is that it was very hot inside and they could use more seating.
I love chicken and this is hands down, the best I've had. It's so crispy and juicy-perfect. Everything was delicious. The pink lemonade is tart and not too sweet, the sides are all good and the atmosphere is great.
Everything we got was great! Six piece fried chicken and three sides. A little pricey, but it all tasted well made and fresh. The ambiance was fun. If you're in the mood for fried chicken, try the fried chicken. Good job.
Oh, so good. Tasty and crispy, Had a Lethbridge Red to go with the chicken. Complemented the flavour nicely. Chicken was moist and well-cooked. I would want seconds on the coleslaw next time. Yum. For the amount & size of the chicken pieces, the price was right on. Recommended by family & brought friends. They also have a take out service and you can order ahead online. You can even have your own account with them. 8)
Heard good reviews so decided to take home chicken after work. The place was busy and was surprised to see the size of the menu and sides. Lots of places to sit in small or large groups in such a tiny place. I ordered spicy and sat on the side on a stool overlooking the busy kitchen area. I was asked at least 4 times as I waited if I had been served and if I needed anything. Good attentive customer service. The chicken was tasty and while the heat was there, it was not overpowering. I would order the spicy again. I would say that the place is worth a visit.
Loved the different side dishes offered with gluten free options. Service was good and fast, the atmosphere is relaxed and warm.

I'm not typically a fried chicken person but this place has me hooked. We've gone multiple times since they've opened and one things for sure- the chicken is consistently delicious and the sides are always modifying and getting more and more delicious which I didn't think was possible. Another thing you need to know about me is I hate mac and cheese but love their dorrito mac and cheese. I could eat a large bowl of that everyday. The corn on the cob is so fresh it's like they grew it themselves. The corn bread is the perfect mix of herby and sweet. Seriously there's nothing bad to eat here and there's something for everyone. Even the vegetarians, cause most of their sides are veggies. If you haven't gone yet you're missing out! Great food, great staff and always a great atmosphere.
