I paid extra for 2 boobs, but instead I got 0 breasts in my order. everything else was okay. I just wish they often change their oil because I can taste the bad oil quality.
this restaurant has the best chicken hands down. the food was hot and fresh when we got it. service was great. they enjoy a chicken dinner they don't forget.
my wife and I got terrible food poisoning. try to call the load to let them know, but it went to an automated voicemail. I left a message and no one called back, it's been over a week.
Friendly staff and quick service. Chicken sandwich was average on flavour but was crispy outside and tender inside. Not as tasty as they used to be though. Pickel slice was perfect though, wish there was more. Mashed potatoes and gravy was the highlight of my meal. Hot and flavourful, regret not ordering a larger size. Scooped up the last of it with my sandwich, actually made the sandwich better.
Had a terrible meal today. Ordered a 4 PC platter.. all chicken was dried out and flavorless.. I got a child sized scoop of fries with it. I used to eat at this location alot when I worked nearby but I will not be ordering from this location again.
Will never go back to this location again! Was served “fresh” fully raw chicken, when I returned it the lady working was telling me the blood was the seasoning for the chicken! It was full of blood coming out from the thighs I think the staff need some proper food safe instructions before working another shift.. because that was disgusting! Not agree to even change or return just arguing with me .
Absolutely disgusting service!!! We picked up 4 chicken thighs and a mashed potato n gravy… came home and started eating and all 4 pieces of chicken were bleeding in our hands. So we called, had to go back to return the bloody chicken and get “cooked” chicken and offered no refund or anything for wasting our time. I get it, sometimes cooking gets messed up but all 4 pieces to come out completely raw is rushed! Not messed up!
