Stopped in for a later dinner with a friend. Was seated right away (having made a reservation) while I waited for my friend. It took a long time for a server to come over to offer me water and a drink menu while I waited, and even longer for them to come take my drink order. Once my friend arrived, we were able to order drinks and food fairly quickly with not too much of a wait time for food to come out from the kitchen. The food was good (a gnocchi and a seafood pasta dish) and generously portioned, but our server did not come to check on us during the meal, did not offer us refills on drinks, and took a very long time after we finished to bring us the bill. The restaurant was not busy by that time, so it wasn't clear what the delay was. Overall, I would go back, but it would not be my top choice in the area.

Took the family for brunch on a Sunday around 11:30am. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Service was good (not great) but the food was amazing. We had eggs benedict, the challah french toast and the banquet breakfast. All plates were filled with food portions were excellent and everything was delicious. Will absolutely come back again for breakfast/brunch.

My wife, youngest son and I had brunch. Service was good, until we had to wait a long time to get the bill. However, our server was personable, knew the menu, could answer questions and kept my water glass full. My wife had pancakes while I had eggs Benedict. Our son had a sandwich of some sort, which I can not remember the name, kinda like a Monte Cristo but that's not fair! Prices were good as well.

I had a great experience here. The space is beautiful and the service was excellent. I had a beautiful Nicoise Salad and shared a bottle of Vinho Verde with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I also went to an "Open Mike" Monday where I enjoyed drinks on special, fries, and good music and company. I'll be coming back to this place for sure!

I've been there about 5 times in 3 years and I don't know why I don't eat there more often. The food is very good, albeit from a small lunch menu. Had the red pepper soup and the seared scallop salad, all delicious. Good service, parking is tricky but worth the effort.

This past Sunday was my first visit to the restaurant, arrived for breakfast, our server was Charlotte, she was spectacular, the omelette was perfectly cooked, tasty and hot! We will be back soon to try the wide variety of beers on tap and for dinner!

Went with a friend for lunch. Could not have a cafe latte nor an Americano as their machine was broken so we decided to each have a plain coffee. In three rounds we received sugar in a bowl, creamers strewn on table without a dish and finally served lukewarm coffee. After mentioning this to the waiter he decided to make a fresh pot. I will say the French onion soup was good but I needed to ask for a soup spoon as I was given a coffee spoon. The salads we ordered and received after a long wait were bland and disappointing. The dressing was put on wet lettuce so the top half of the salad tasted like wet lettuce. What first looked like the promised feta cheese were inconsistent sizes of cauliflower. The shortage of chickpeas, feta and the sprinkling of sunflower seeds did not deliver the hearty description provided by the menu. Will not return.

I have eaten at the Savoy a number of times in the past. I've never gotten around to doing a review of them until now. The menu isn't as extensive as I might wish it to be at times, but the food has always been well prepared. After this last visit though, I doubt I'd ever go back. The service we received was absolutely atrocious. None of us minded waiting for our food, but it is unreasonable to wait more than 1 hour after we've ordered for any food to arrive at the table. It is ridiculous that the waiter never refilled our water glasses after the initial round and that was long gone before the food ever arrived. We were all quite literally aghast (there's just no other word to describe it), when the waiter in essence blamed us for the food taking so long to get to our table. He said we should have ordered faster, before the restaurant got busy. It took us roughly 10-15 minutes to be ready to order the food. It was unprofessional of the waiter to never come back and ask any of us how the food was after we began eating. It was an absurd situation when, as we were finishing up our main courses we all saw a waiter walking around with a dessert plate asking various tables, including ours, if they had ordered it. All the tables, including ours, said no they hadn't. That waiter disappeared, and a moment later our waiter appeared with the same dessert plate and offered it to my husband free of charge. My husband isn't fond of desserts and declined it. The waiter then turned and walked away quickly, never having offered it to any of the other 6 people at the table. Other people at the table weren't happy about that as we had all been left waiting a very long time for our food and all had received the same poor service, not just my husband. The proverbial "icing on the cake" was when my husband was looking over our bill (for 3 of 7 of us at the table) and he noticed we were charged for that very same complimentary dessert that no one at our table had. I would also like to mention that we never received an apology for any of this.
