Very very consistent with their quality and flavor. Meat is top quality, lean and not fatty. You can adjust or add any of the entree items without issue. Everything is fresh crisp, perfectly seasoned and very yummy! Service is always with a smile, and if you go there more than once, you are considered VIP. It is fun to go there, fast service to eat in. Take out service, quality is good, but you will have to be patient as it can get so busy in the restaurant that you end up waiting longer than you wanted. We are regular customer's and have not one thing bad to say about this restaurant!
My husband and I have been coming to Red Chili Leaf for a few years now; since it opened. On this particular evening (Thursday) we were served by the same lady that always serves us (owner maybe), it took ten minutes for her to come back and take our order. It took ten minutes to get our drinks. The restaurant was half full and the takeout orders seemed more important than the patrons in the restaurant. Even with blatant eye contact, this woman would not come to the table. We realize it was somewhat busy however we feel they need to work on their customer service skills. We feel this restaurant should take a step back and realize it is the customers or lac there of that makes or breaks a business. We will come back in the future with HOPES of better service.
Wasn't the best..we got deep fried shrimp and we were really looking forward to having them ! We got a tiny box with tiny shrimp inside. The flavor wasn't even as good as it used to be. Very disappointed.
I ordered the Pad Thai and it was more quantity than quality. It was okay but it was far too greasy for my liking. The service was prompt.
Have been here at least a dozen times since they opened; always friendly service and good food. Favourites are the shrimp pho and the salad roles but have enjoyed everything we tried.
Pad Thai was incredible. Fast service. Ambiance and seating not so cozy but a great place to eat for ethnic food. They do a lot of take away.
I love how fresh the food is, you can hear them cook the food in a wok and then as soon as they stop making noise, it is served to you, so hot and all the veggies are ultra fresh. This is a must if you want fresh Vietnamese food.
