We have oaten at Edible Canada two years in a row while visiting Vancouver. Both times the food has been terrific. All food is sourced in Canada (including the beer and spirits!). My wife had the Fish and Chips and I had the grilled Salmon Sandwich. Both were very good.Be sure to make a reservation as Granville Island is VERY BUSY in the summer. We will be back for sure next year (and maybe one more time).

we arrived in edible 5 minutes before our reservation. the host said she had no reservation for us. I showed her the email that reminded me of my reservation, the time and date were correct. she said too bad, we exchanged from open table last week and they were snapped into the switch. "too bad, she said, but no reservation. she was wrong to find us a table, but never came to us. the server was excellent. he told us about the change in reservation management and apologized for the mix. he said Saturday was the first day of her new menu. it was strange and limited. my meal lacked taste and others were mixed. the salmon was nicely done. there were several desserts on the menu and we had three. the one named panna cotta was in the did not panna-Citta at all, but made from mandible milk and was watery and strange tasting. the server said he agreed that the dessert did not work and took it away without fee. my pavlowa needed a klinkenhammer to cut him in. we were often in edible canada and the level of food drops. it's when they lost her. we will give them a failure for a past until the dings improve. rp

Located at the Granville island, I had a pretty good lunch there. It was really cold that morning, a glass of local wine helped me warm up.

Don't want to eat standing up among the throngs on Granville Island? This is a great place for a respite. You can go 'new age' gluten free or have an excellent normal meal. The falafel burger was particularly good.
