I ordered through skip on July 1st 2023, I loved how my take out bag was personally addressed to me with a thank you, I ordered the Salty Carl, the ice-cream is delicious, best caramel sauce I have ever had hands down. ️ loved the Jars!!

I went to the shop on the evening of June 21, 2023, Grace is the lady at the counter. She is very unpleasant and rude. She was not speaking clearly so I had to ask her again about their cones and bowl. Instead of responding to my question, she just stared at me and made me figure out things on my own. Also, when I paid she did not give me a receipt and said nothing after paying. She never asked if our order is for inside or to go, she did not even tell us where should we wait for our ice cream. She has this diva attitude which is very rude and annoying. We went there to get a treat but we ended up just being upset. I understand that customer service is exhausting, but I think that is not a reason for someone to be rude to customers. However, the other lady, I think her name is Isa, who scooped and served our ice cream is very pleasant and nice.
Extremely rude and unpleasant customer service from Grace. Grace absolutely demonstrated what a worst customer experience by just rolling her eyes and sighing, but not answering questions. The taste was just ok too, not many good choices for flavour, plus existing ones are not creative. I would recommend to go to BDI or Sargent Sundae for your summer! Save your money for a good taste and experience!
Tried their bunch of ice cream, really good. I am from Toronto, so the price here cant beat anything.
